The Harmony test is an innovative prenatal examination that allows for the assessment of the risk of chromosomal abnormalities in the child. This test enables the detection of the most common trisomies in the fetus (e.g., Down syndrome or Edwards syndrome) as early as the 10th week of pregnancy. An additional advantage of the Harmony test is the ability to determine the child’s sex at an early stage.

The Harmony test is an innovative prenatal examination that allows for the assessment of the risk of chromosomal abnormalities in the child. This test enables the detection of the most common trisomies in the fetus (e.g., Down syndrome or Edwards syndrome) as early as the 10th week of pregnancy. An additional advantage of the test is the ability to determine the child’s sex at an early stage.
SAFETY – It is a non-invasive test that poses no threat to the child or its mother. It involves the standard collection of the mother’s venous blood, for example, from the forearm.
PRECISION – The Harmony test is a screening examination with very high accuracy. It detects over 99% of trisomy cases in the fetus, and the rate of false-positive results is less than 0.15%.
INDICATIONS – The Harmony test can be performed without specific indications, as it is a safe examination and does not carry the risk of miscarriage. It is especially recommended for women over the age of 35; women who have had chromosomal abnormalities in previous pregnancies; and also in cases of abnormal results from the double test of the fetus.
