Work Organization at Fast Medica Clinic During an Epidemiological Threat
Dear Patients,
Due to the epidemiological threat related to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, we have implemented necessary changes in the patient admission procedures and the organization of our clinic’s work. Please review the information below.
Our clinic’s working hours have not changed. We are still accepting patients, of course, with the highest precautions in place. At Fast Medica, we understand how important communication and good cooperation with your doctor are, especially during a pandemic. Many patients suffer from conditions unrelated to COVID-19 – these individuals still require medical assistance.
We are at your disposal.
Our clinic offers full diagnostics, collection points, and laboratories are operating normally. We continue to offer consultations with specialists and perform scheduled procedures. Of course, all of this is carried out under heightened sanitary regulations. We comply with epidemiological safety procedures and follow the recommendations of Public Health England to ensure that no patients are exposed to the COVID-19 virus.
We kindly ask for your understanding when the clinic team gathers the necessary medical history before scheduling an appointment – the information provided will be treated as strictly confidential. We also ask for your patience due to the need to introduce more frequent breaks and intensify cleaning activities.
Our staff uses personal protective equipment. Disinfectants and personal protective equipment are also available to all patients.
Please note that only the patient should come to the appointment, without accompanying persons.
General practitioners and specialists also provide phone consultations.
If, despite the heightened safety procedures, you are concerned about visiting the clinic, our specialists also offer phone consultations and video consultations. For matters such as renewing prescriptions, obtaining referrals for tests, or discussing test results, telemedicine consultations are available. If we are unable to assist remotely, we will arrange an in-person appointment at the clinic.
