*Payment for online consultations must be made in full prior to the appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation/appointment. In case of failure to attend the online consultation or cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment, the consultation fee is non-refundable.*
